Shawn was EVERYTHING. He listened to what I wanted, respected my budget, and helped add accessories to maximize my dress. He wasn't a representative or sales person, he was a FRIEND. He made me feel like we've known each other forever. He made my experience more than I could've hoped for! I had my dream dress and an amazing experience to remember for the rest of my life!

I did not come into the store expecting to fine THE DRESS. Ashton was AMAZING and I couldn’t have asked for a better help. She knew from the begging I was just “looking and getting a feel for the dresses”. She was very sweet and felt like she got me without trying to push. I brought my two daughters here today to find one a prom dress and one a bridesmaid dress. We did not have an appointment and they were busy- I totally expected to have to come back but wanted to do some looking while I my girls together. We were greeted immediately and shown the area where we could find the dresses appropriate for my daughters’ occasions and size ranges. What an excellent customer service experience at David's Bridal. Took a chance and showed up without an appointment. Eileen and her staff were courteous, helpful and treated us like royalty. The gowns were absolutely stunning. Pricing is competitive and reasonable. As a mom, it was overwhelming to see my daughter's face light up with each dress and veil. The accessories will add just the right touch. Highly recommend David's Bridal.
