I had a great experience at David’s Bridal this past weekend. I was in Saturday trying on dresses with Rosie. She was really friendly and so fun to work with. She was excellent at providing suggestions. I thought I had found the one Saturday and went back in Sunday to try it on one more time. This time Melissa was my consultant. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I flew in from Thunder Bay and after having a terrible dress shopping experience in Thunder Bay, I was really anxious to start again. I had a great experience picking out my bridal gown. Rosie was my associate and she was SO helpful and made the shopping experience fun, quick and easy. She was great at finding styles that I loved while sticking to my budget. I ended up choosing a dress that she picked out for me and it’s perfect!

We went to David’s Bridal today and we were so impressed with the outstanding customer service we received. We didn’t have an appointment and only a few days before the wedding so we went feeling anxious and stressed, but we left feeling relieved and happy. Charlene saved the day! It is a one stop shop and the atmosphere is as amazing. It was truly a great experience.

I said yes to the dress yesterday! After attending a bridal appt earlier in the day I was a bit discouraged. However, as soon as I stepped inside your store I felt welcomed. Your staff explained everything thoroughly, did everything to accommodate my party, even though we showed up early to my appt time.
