I went in to try on wedding dresses for the very first time on Saturday, and my consultant was Melinda. I'd already made a list of dresses on the website, so I pulled most of those and a few that looked great on the rack, and picked a pair of shoes that were about the same height I was planning to wear at my wedding, and then Melinda helped me into some undergarments (which I'm pretty sure were magic, btw). I had the most wonderful experience at David's! My consultant, Danielle, was so sweet and helpful. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and honest. She styled my gown so beautifully that my mother and I both started to tear up! She truly helped me find the dress of my dreams. At the end of my appointment, she even gave me a huge hug! All in all, Danielle was spectacular. I will definitely come back for my bridesmaid dresses!
Today I had a wedding emergency. I'm a bridesmaid in one of my closest friends weddings and I had ordered a dress through Davids Bridal roughly 5-6 months ago. The first order they had the wrong ship to address, so that was cancelled and another order placed. However that changed the expected delivery date to 3 days AFTER the wedding. Obviously didn't work for me. So I called the Davids Bridal customer service and the woman on the line was saying basically there was nothing they could do, since it's a custom dress. Very attentive very professional great selection
Great experience here!!!! Everyone was patient with me while I was searching for the perfect wedding dress. Very professional and they put YOU first. I had Alexis as my helper, she was amazing. Thankful for a good stress-free experience :) They also give you great discounts when you become a bride with them. Would recommend!
Great service there both times when I tried on dresses I tried maybe 15-20 on and we were there after close but noone rushed us at all I forget the girls name but she was great and went back for my alterations and inna was great such a huge help she knew exactly what to do go back in a month to try on again can't wait so excited for my big day September 5th 2015 yay
