At the appointment to find my wedding gown, the woman we worked with was super helpful & wonderful! I wasn’t expecting to take a dress home that day but she didn’t stop til she helped me find the dress, even going over my appointment time. During alterations appointments, 2/3 people we felt with were wonderful and pleasant, and you could tell that they knew what they were talking about. David's Bridal in York was awesome. My wedding was less then 2 months away, I had no dress- but they were able to find me the perfect dress inside my budget off the rack. The manager was AWESOME, and the consultant was great! They were the perfect team. I was there o 10/7/2017. I wish I could remember their names because I would recommend them 110%. Reason for only 4 stars-The ONLY issue was alterations. I requested for them to clean up the lace on the chest area of my dress to match the other side. They just removed the lac... read more

So happy with my experience at David's Bridal in York. Not just because I found my dream dress, but because I felt welcomed and not rushed even though they were very busy. My consultant Hannah was so kind and tried to help me figure out what I liked in the dresses and what I didn't like. We worked together to see what elements I really wanted and found my dream dress! After so many being a bridesmaid and having so many terrible experiences at David's bridal Harrisburg, PA, we decided to venture to David's Bridal York, pa to wedding dress shop. My consultant Carrie was phenomenal!! I was so shocked and happy at how well things went! The they told me my dress would be in in about 2 months....I had it in a week!!!! Couldn't have been happier!

I went in to try on wedding dresses for the very first time on Saturday, and my consultant was Melinda. I'd already made a list of dresses on the website, so I pulled most of those and a few that looked great on the rack, and picked a pair of shoes that were about the same height I was planning to wear at my wedding, and then Melinda helped me into some undergarments (which I'm pretty sure were magic, btw). After reading so many negative reviews on various websites, I was hesitant to actually go to this David's Bridal. I ended up going and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I waited to write this review until after my bridesmaids had their appointments to see if they received the same service, and they did. The staff was friendly and I got my gown for a reasonable price. The only thing I didn't like was that it was so packed. Their building is not nearly big enough for the number of customers they get so it didn't make the experience as personal as I would have liked. Overall good.
