I got Dawn's name from my daughter after she purchase her home. My sone went through her to purchase his home as well. Dawn helped us purchase two houses in the last four months! I would highly recommend her. She is very thorough and very dependable. She does what she says she will do and does it efficiently. She was a joy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone and I would not hesitate to use her again (if I could afford another house)!!!! Thanks Dawn!!!

Dawn was so great to work with! She was very thorough, explained the whole process well, and made it very easy for us to provide her with a secure way to get our confidential information to her. Dawn was amazing with our lending. The seller was very difficult to work with and she was always willing to call and talk to them to keep things moving forward. I was also slow at getting my paperwork to her but she never gave up on me. She was willing to use all of her resources to contact me and remind me of everything that she was waiting on. Our credit union wouldn't approve us for a loan until we had more saved up. I asked for a reference for a real estate agent on a whim because there was a house that I really liked at a great price. The real estate agent referred us to Dawn who helped us get everything lined up so that we could fulfill our dream of being home owners. What we thought was impossibly difficult was made possible and not too harrowing of an ordeal! I will ever be grateful for those two ladies who made it all real.

Purchased a home this year. We tried to go through some larger lenders, but it just didn't work out, they either wouldn't respond to our questions, or when they did the responses seemed very circular. A friend referred Dawn Walp to us, and within two weeks we bought a home. She was very friendly, honest, and quick to get us the information needed to close on the sale. I highly recommend her.

Dawn was referred to me by First American Title Company. Our first meeting was great right away. It can be stressful talking over finances with a stranger but Dawn made me feel so comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things in a way that I could understand. Dawn has a high level of professionalism but is also very good at connecting with people on a more down-to-earth level. I would definitely recommend Dawn especially to first time home buyers.
