Was told they are a preferred provider for our insurance. After two month received a bill and was told only certain people with this insurance are covered. Would have gone to different well established dentist in the area that did accept our insurance if was told up front it would not be covered.
Dr and staff are wonderful.
I felt very rushed. I work as a dental assistant so I understand what he was talking to his assistant about, the doctor hardly talked to me about treatment. I asked for my treatment plan to be faxed to my work so I could read the treatment plan. I was told I needed a few fillings done but never what was going to be done. I will not be back. the office is very inviting and staff was welcoming.
