The care team thru my medicaid has been very helpful no matter what i got going on. The women that share a room always go out the way to help make sure I'm ok n help so much with findin things I need. It's hard out here n they get it. They listen an show they care.
I am having trouble getting a return phone call and my child’s prescriptions in a timely manner. Every time I call and tell them the situation they transfer me to yet another person who does not call me back. I don’t know if it’s their turn over rate or what but no one there seems to know what is going on and with who. They did not want to disclose anything about my son even though he lives with me AND he is not emancipated. PLUS, I was there with him again just last week! She's an amazing, understanding counselor that does anything other than judge for the past, sometimes present as well as -occasionally, unfortunately- future regrets/mistakes everyone in the recovering society typically have to work through during the most vulnerable state of their lives with an experience of her own backing her personable mentality.
