Good and Bad stay Days Inn & Suites was not that bad, people working there were very friendly and helping. Only part that was bad, someone stole my husband North Face Jacket when he was at there public restroom...BAD...
Good location. Room was very clean and quiet Good location, and nice room. I always enjoy a quiet hotel. Parking was great, even with the many guests that were there, I was able to park close to the door. Wish they offered a king bed.
Air co Issues Our air conditioner had issues. Staff was like family!

Everything including the kitchen sink! This hotel is convenient with a special shuttle service for Mayo Clinic stays. The in-room kitchenette in my room came with a full size refrigerator and freezer, a stove with two burners, a large microwave...and a kitchen sink, perfect for preparing meals and saving on costly restaurant bills. The room was neat and clean, not particularly fancy in any respect. The free breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Free wifi in the lobby with a printer was helpful for planning travel.

Straight forward Have stayed here more than once. Basic, clean, and comfortable, it's nice having a kitchenette in the room. We were here for several days at Mayo Clinic, and we could get basic groceries and come back to the room. Comfortable bed, great shower, staff is nice and helpful. Not a frilly ambience, but it is a nice place to base out of.
Mayo Clinic I was staying in the Days Inn because I had an appointment with a physician at the Mayo Clinic. I booked my room for a 4 night stay because I wasn't sure how long my appointment(s) would be at Mayo. I was able to complete all my appointments by Wednesday, and would be leaving Thursday for the drive home. When I inquired about a refund for the 4th night, I was told that no refund would be forthcoming because I had booked and prepaid my stay through Hotels.com.
