Staff deal well with anxious patients! Dr. Shel house is the best. He tells you what he is doing, frequently checks on you, and has high standards for himself and his staff. No pain, great care to avoid infection and friendly staff. Thank you!
I was seen for a second opinion consultation with Dr. Troy and will be going back for further evaluations to see what would be the best plan for me. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Dr. Troy was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. At this point I am less confused and am feeling confident and hopeful he will come up with a good plan for me.

What can I say but don't change a thing. The office staff and all others are all very kind. They greet you with a hidden smile behind their masks. Whoever was responsible for my care at any time was great at explaining what they are going to do. They never rush, apologize if they accidentally cause any discomfort. Also great at educating me about do's and don't related to my particular situation.
As always the staff was wonderful and caring. I love being a patient in this practice.
