Over the last decade this wonderful group of extraordinary professionals have held my hand, cried with me, and encouraged me. They have celebrated the highs and supported me thru the lows. I have such anxiety about dental work-everything from just walking through the doors to fear of judgment for any imperfections to the physical discomfort of the work. I pay out of insurance network rates because they are so amazing at alleviating these fears and, honestly, I trust that the work is the highest quality.
I felt I was a part of the team. Dr S explained the procedures and was assisted by knowledgeable and respectful staff (sorry I don’t recall her name). His follow up phone call later today was the extra touch.
My new Hygienist (Melissa) was very knowledgeable and explained her steps real well. Dr. Shellhouse, as usual positive, joyful, and extremely expert in his field.
Very efficient. Diagnosed problem quickly and set up plan to correct the issue. Everyone was very friendly.
