Had a GREAT experience with DC Aiken (10/10, A+, Gold Star). He persuaded underwriting to agree a GREAT rate, even with a 1099 income. It was then easy to use the on-line portal to submit everything, with no surprises, and the electronic closing process made for a trouble-free closing. DC personally also went above and beyond what is normal for a mortgage broker, coming up with a GREAT recommendation for a home inspector local to the property we were buying.
