Impressed with the team work and organization throughout the process. Appreciated the quick turn around on items and the immediate follow-up (with phone calls) from DC's team. It also was a much better experience in that I had a good rapport with the specific individuals and was not always talking to a new person (as in what happens when working with large mortgage companies) - thanks! I will add that I was not impressed with CreditPlus and could not understand the value they were adding.

My loan processor, Debra, was very helpful and professional from start to finish. She kept the process moving along and kept me informed throughout. DC kept an eye on my rate to ensure I had the best available. The closing went flawlessly and quick and was well managed. It took 2 months from the date of application to the date of closing, we did not expect the process to take this long. In the past it has typically taken approximately 30 days to close a home loan. The underwriting process was also very painful, we would send in documents and then get asked for them again. As the loan took so long to close we had to provide a complete set of updated documents & financials as the others had expired. The underwriter also had some very unusual requests & questions.
