We decided over a year ago to move from Ohio to South Carolina and were lucky enough to get hooked up with Dean as our realtor. Dean is an excellent real estate agent. I have typically always sold by owner but with the new (in the last 10 years) requirements for real estate sales I decided to pay a realtor. The new reqs have made a real estate agent a requirement. Boy was I glad I engaged Dean. Dean was constantly in communication and has incredible deep knowledge of the whole process including a huge Rolodex of contractors to assist with inspections ect. I would highly recommend Dean to anyone without hesitation!

Dean was very helpful and professional with helping me find & buy a home recently. He consistently provided me with new homes that went on the market that met my criteria I initially gave to him. He was also very responsive to phone or email requests and was always available when needed. All aspects of my experience from house hunting, negotiations & closing were fantastic working with Dean. Dean has been amazing from start to finish. We have always felt that he had our best interest in mind. While searching for houses, Dean was very patient and we never felt like he was pushing us to purchase a house he knew we wouldn’t be 100% happy with.
