Just a quick thank you to James at Dean McCrary Kia in mobile. There was a lot people here today I said to James he agreed and asked if was part of the McCary Family? I said no, I just want to look at a Telluride and I didn’t have a lot of time . I asked where the bathroom was and he showed me to the lounge Area. When I returned he speaking with younger couple (also looking at a New Telluride) ... I asked him for a card and told him I didn’t have time he turned to the family looking at the Telluride and motioned them to the lounge... he asked for a minute while he found their salesman. I asked why so busy today ? big sale ? He said yes if your already part of the “Family “ you may have been contacted by telephone... he said “we need good trades for our used lot and the end of the year sales incentives were just announced !” Thinking that’s all sales talk I reminded him I didn’t have a lot of time today and didn’t buy my Kia Sorento from them ... he told me not to worry and follow him ... well about an hour later, after my test drive and having Jim show me everything about this awesome SUV , meeting one of his managers .... I’ll will be back Saturday because the sales will last all month and both assured me they would do everything they could so I can become part of the family! What a great experience! This waiting in line for my dry cleaning not so great .

I just purchased a new Kia Telluride from Dean McCrary. This was the easiest car purchase in my life. The salesman Dewayne Cubbage was very helpful and knowledgeable about my new car. I live in Louisiana and bought the car over the phone. Dewayne delivered it to my home within the next 4 hours. This is our first Kia but won't be the last with this kind of service. Thanks for making a usually bad experience very easy.
