We had some challenges to overcome with a complicated loan, both Deb and underwriting manager Chantel stepped in to get my loan loan clear to close and docs out in under 24 hours. I communicated there was some difficulty and both of them took it upon themselves to see it through to the finish line. Also I would like to mention our finder Michelle turned our docs around with a full review in less than an hour to meet the wire cutoff even when the title company was dragging their feet. Deb is the AE that I always want. She knows her stuff and isn't afraid to question when we think there's been an....overlook. She is responsive to questions and always in a timely manner. What I love most about Deb is she HATES to lose a deal, even when you can't do it. I hate to go elsewhere, and I ALWAYS feel like I'm cheating on her. Love me some Deb's!!!
