I had a great experience, because when she said she could get something done she made sure it was done. She kept us in formed as much as possible, and that made things move very quickly. Any questions I had she was quick to respond. I couldn’t be happier with her work .

Making my loan go from a FHA in the beginning to a USDA which made my down payment way more affordable,. Even with my low credit score. Closing happened in a timely manner even with jumping through many hoops due to buying a foreclosure. I would recommend her for first time home buyers.

Debbie went out of her way to make sure that I understood things and new things as quickly as possible. There were times that I knew things before my realtor did. She explain things so well.
