It was not a pleasant experience for me. There were too many POCs therefore multiple points of failure. I hated that they shared my info with insurers, too much contact for an already cumbersome process. There was some apparent “in fighting” as well and misinformation. Multiple people asking for the same info over and over again. I was really stressed and tired after working with this group. My 2 was generous.
