I've been with them for over 6 months and at first it was a bit rough as far as my credit taking the hit but it has slowly gotten better and I will have have settled 3 of my debts before July of this year and I couldn't be more relieved. It was a simple process after you know what to expect and they really do get the best offer and settle for way less. I am in the program for a while but I know I am on the right track with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to repair their credit.

This company is a very good company. They offer a legal protection program to help with the creditors in the situation of harassment or threats of summons. They also offer a FastTrac Loan plan after 7 months of timely payments. This will allow you to pay off your debts within 8 months of the program at the settlements discounted. People that are complaining are not utilizing all of the tools given to complete the program.

It's a growing company and continues to get better every year. The only thing is when I send them something from a creditor showing important numbers they need to know in order to finalize my debt from that creditor, I get an email saying this is something I should deal with and not them. I recognize where certain customer service agents need further training and be updated. thank you!

I gave 3 stars because at first they were very nice and friendly. I set up the program and it really bothered me that they let my accounts go for 3-6 months before any payment or settlement would start. I questioned them about leaving my payment and companies in the lurch. They assured me that it would only be temporary and that when they had "funds" they could negotiate with the credit cards, etc. They also said they would make sure that no legal action would come against me.
