Regarding the length of time for securing a settlement: We are waiting on a POA from one creditor, have turned down an offer from another creditor because we are about to counter with an offer that will save you quite a bit more, and are waiting to make an offer with a third creditor until you have collected enough funds in your escrow account. I have emailed you a more specific summary because didn't want to divulge anything private as the responses are available to the public.
