The Cayogroup was very professional in the way that they supported the process of loan application. Told us ahead of time about what to expect, what was needing to be done at each step, and how to get some of the information that was not as simple to get as I anticipated. The weekly update we found to be very helpful. We did feel that it was a team effort we did feel supported. Each interaction was a positive experience with a friendly helpful person. A competent and friendly staff!
