The whole process was amazing! I’m generally an impatient person and always want to know where things are at. The communication by Dee and her team, especially Mary Ann, put me at ease during the whole process. We did an initial pre-approval before we found our dream cottage and we got occasional calls from Dee’s team just checking in to see how our search was going. I also had a ton of questions throughout and her team was always patient with me and provided thorough explanations. Thank you!

Mortgages and refinancing is a stressful ordeal even with good credit, they take the stress out of it! Keep up the great work, super easy process!
I don't understand why we received such a high interest rate when all the other lenders in the area advertised a lower rate, and three other people we know who purchased homes the same time we did received a much lower rate (.625-.75 less). We have excellent credit and had a large deposit. That was the most frustrating part of this process.
