Management is an embarrassment to the community. I called 3 weeks ago because my garbage bin went missing . When I talk to her, she sounded sweet and helpful. She said she’d take care of it. I called again 2 weeks ago to see why the new garbage bin hasn’t come. She never picked up the phone or returned my calls. So yesterday I had to call the garbage bin facility for a new one. Well I do believe all the reviews now I have them a chance and tried to apply for one of the new homes they have. The lady in the office did not try to help at all she told me to drive around the neighborhood and call the numbers on the houses because we don’t do financing it’s private owned homes but she clearly lied she picks and chooses who she helps and they are bullies to certain residents.

Currently the neighborhood has horrendous and poor management in the office. They’re over charging us high water and sewage bills and never checking our water meters and are constantly raising the rent & fake service fees. This neighborhood also needs better maintenance to regulate and trim down the tall trees because their branches keep falling on top of ppls roofs and causing damage to ppls trailers, they’re always shutting off the water to “repair” for years & dont notify us when they feel like it but can never repair the... read more

THERE IS A PEDOFILE in the neighborhood. He has multiple reports and we can never get a call back or the issue resolved. He has multiple reports from the police, and the police doesn’t do anything about it neither does the management. He needs to be kicked out of this place if the police isn’t doing anything about it. He disturbs neighbors, pulls his pants down to show his parts to teenagers and is just MENTALLY SICK, and has threatened to kill our neighbors. WARNING! DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. OMG this place is the worst of the worst. The employees are monsters. They will destroy your house and YOU will have to pay for it or be evicted. They are dictators. They will always lie to you, about everything. They do not care about anyone, even if you have cancer and are dying. I REPEAT, DO NOT LIVE HERE!
