Great spot if you are a walker or bicycle commuter I lived for a year and and a half in one one-bedroom unit at the Deer Valley Apartments. My experience was as close as perfect as it could have been. First, the apartments are fairly new, so appliances, lights, etc all worked well. When there would be a problem, service personnel would promptly fix it. Moreover, I am very grateful that they are very professional in any interaction. Great Place to Live Lived here for 2.5 years and loved it!! Huge walk in closets, sound proof, and very spacious rooms and bathrooms. The office staff is very friendly and responds in a timely manner. Plus it’s located near hyvee and lots of restaurants. If I wasn’t buying a house I would have loved to stay here much longer, definitely going to miss it.
Excellent Leasing office staff are friendly, accommodating, and reasonable. Property is well maintained. Units have excellent insulation and are very sound proof. Pricing is reasonable and the ability to switch to a month to month lease after a year is nice perk. Internet (~80mbps), cable, and water are all included. Peaceful community.
