RecommendedFirst time visit on a Sunday to sight my rifle in. The staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be be to practice with my other rifles.

Had a great experience at Defender Outdoors, I highly recommend them! Every employee was personable and helpful, unlike the typical gun shop experience where employees talk down to unknown customers like they are clueless lemmings. They where more than happy to allow me to test fit a component that I had been eyeing for pistol, whereas many shops, in my experience, would have told me to purchase first or pound sand. And I was shocked to find their firearm prices to be well below other competitors in the region.
Took my son here today for his 15th birthday. One of my son-in-law’s went with us as well. This was the best shooting experience we’ve ever had. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. We’ve been going to Alpine Range since I was a kid. Sorry guys, won’t be going back. It was so nice to shoot in an air conditioned environment on a hot Texas summer day. Thanks for making this a wonderful family experience today on my sons birthday.
