this place sold me an x bolt and the magazine that came with it was of another caliber. after dealing with Chad and two guys named Mark and Mark I was pretty much told to screw off and go talk to manufacture. the rifle is good but the magazine is not the one for this rifle. horrible service.

My brother in law had a horrible experience at the Ft. Worth location. Maybe it’s time to evaluate some of the staff that currently work there.
Dropped off Shotgun to be worked on. Tried calling to get info on status and know one will answer the phone or return your call

Because of Matt Lillis professionalism in dealing with my complaints, I am changing my review from poor to good. Matt Lillis gave me private training to compensate me for my displeasure in my Jan 30th course. Matt Lillis totally impressed me so much, that I booked a private lesson for next week with him! Jerah was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. After sponsoring charity events with Defender as well as attending defender sponsored events, I was shocked by treatment and actions received when looking into planing an event at defender. She would not listen to my ideas and was not understanding about my budget and kept pushing for more. I was always wrong. I will not be going back there any time soon.
Was excited to check this place out. They require all guns to be in a case, which I had my rifle in, but they will not let you shoot steel case ammo.. So I tried to buy some which then they told me they dont sell any I can shoot at their range.... They have three different brands of steel cases ammo. Place looks legit but obviously needs help in the common sense department.
