I had an amazing experience at del Lago Casino Resort! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff was friendly, the check-in process was smooth, and they even had a photo booth for a quick picture with my friends. This property was easy to get to, clean everywhere, including inside the casino and had friendly staff. Bar service could have been a lot better. Limited places to eat for a party of four, which was disappointing, but the food was good. Couldn't make an appointment for the spa (was told over the phone all was booked) but, upon arrival, appointments were available - didn't bother with this because we tried to schedule it and then did something else instead. Would definitely return for another show/stay.
