I got 2 cheesesteaks and 2 fountain sodas and the total was 35+ dollars. The fountain soda has 0 carbonation. Drinking a cup of syrup. I asked for a seeded roll didn't get that. Normally that's not a big deal but at 35 for 2 steaks and soda not even any fries. If you gonna charge that much for your food it better step up to the plate. Totally disappointed. Issues from the beginning. Was told they done deliver to my address but door dash does, AFTER ordering and charging my card. Door Dash order for 1 small pizza took an hour and 1/2 and when we received the pizza it was not sealed close and was freezing cold. When contacting DelRossi about my concerns, we were told “the suggestion to seal the boxes would be communicated to management”. This is very unsafe and unprofessional. The sandwich could cook a little longer an they forgot my extra cheese 🧀. This was my first time there an also I feel like they didn't put enough meat for the price.
I've had cheesesteaks, pizza, Stromboli and fries Things were fine and good. The chicken cheesesteak I purchased on Sunday was the worst I've ever had in my 55yrs. The texture was like tuna salad. As if the chicken came out of acanthus. It dudnt taste like chicken either. You forgot to put the condiments I requested but I couldnt eat it. I took 2 bites and threw it away. I ordered chicken steak , but beef particles was in it 😩 l was chef in the past and the grill cook knows better or should know better than place beef & chicken in the place and keep the grill clean !!!!
