I came into Delaware Park sight unseen. Even knowing this Jessica with Kenmore development was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire renting process. Then the worst case scenario occurred. I ended up having to move back to my home state within 3 months of moving in. But once again, Jessica was wonderful throughout the process. Maintenance 7/10 Building manager 7/10 Apartment Quality 2/10 Overall 4/10 Honestly, this place receives stars because of Carol W, she is a saint and enough kind words cannot be said about her. The maintenance is quick but can only make quick fixes and Jessica was transparent with problems such as bug infestations. Everything else was sub par, the buildings scare me.

These apartments are amazing! The staff is wonderful and very responsive. Move in was very easy. I've put in a maintenance request two times so far- once during move in to install an AC and another time for a slow drain. Both times maintenance showed up in less than an hour and took care of the problem. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new place to live.

I like the fact that I am at the top, which means no one is over me. The floors are done well and the natural light is good. However, there are a few things i really dislike. I hate the bugs that raid the apartment, the outside noise is extremely liud. The walls are not as thick as they say. They’re actually not insulated. They call them fire walls but thats not enough for the rent paid every month. The stairs are very dirty. I lived at Delaware Park Apartments for close to 3 years. I have had a positive experience living at these apartments. The location is fantastic. Whenever I reported any issues the maintenance people were there in a couple of hours. The common areas are always clean. The doors were always secured and I always felt safe... but, everything became even better when Infonta, the property manager came on board.
