Being new to the area the thought of finding a new dentist was daunting. I found Delaware Star Dental on Google. I made an appointment. Dr Syed made me feel very comfortable with the group. He introduced me to everyone in the office. Everyone is kind, caring and very professional. Im one who had trust issues when it comes to doctors and dentist, but the staff was very professional. They explained everything in detail and made sure i understood all the procedures, giving me a clear understanding of the options i had in terms of my treatment. Dr. Syed also spoke to me in a way that was straight forward, which allowed ne to feel even more comfortable about using his office to provide my dental care. As a first time visit I experienced a friendly interaction with Dr. Syed and his associates. I felt comfortable explaining my dental situation and was given plenty of time to do so. I received great advice and will be going back.
As always, a positive experience overall. Had recent dental work done and Dr. Syed’s friendly and reassuring manner reminds you that you are in good hands. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes great pride in the work he does. His staff are equally amazing. Long time patient and would recommend Dr. Syed if you are looking for a new dentist!
Everyone in the office was very nice and respectful. All equipment were very clean and modern. Dr. Seyed is super nice and knowledgeable... took time to educate me about my dental health beyond just the normal "you need to floss". Over all it was a very pleasant experience for me.
