communication of information could have been much better. there were instances where we wre told one thing but later change just slightly enough to cause concern. for example moneys paid or recieved where not provided back as we were led to beleive. now we did get it back in credit but that is not what we were led to beleive. what items were to be paid changed several times then once everything was signed what we recieved in check to pay things did not match what was on the final list we were provided.

Due to an appraisal which came in low and several payoff letters which came in higher than the balance on the credit reports, the loan had to be slightly restructured to mitigate these factors and get you as much cash back as possible.
