Professionalism I made a request for a quote on white exterior/black interior 2020 Acura RDX AWD w/ tech pkg through USAA car buying service. I was contacted by three dealerships. One dealership gave us a quote for a 2019 gray RDX. One dealership requested we come in because they would beat all other quotes without knowing what our quotes were. Continuing Care and Professional Service Liam McGrady, Vehicle Service Contract Counselor, was helpful to me in explaining and setting up a vehicle service contract for my 2016 MDX which is no longer under the original factory warranty. It is worth it the o drive from Miami to Delray I will recommend Ron Hirsch, he was my sales manager. I live in Miami and his transparency and great attitude made me decide to drive 50 miles from home to get my Acura TLX again, and then drive back to Miami. Great experience !
