Service on RDX First service of my RDx. Purchased from Palm Beach Acura. Live in Delray Beach. Quite pleased with service. Nothing out of the ordinary. Took about 1 /12 and I was done.

Excellent team to purchase from. My son works for another dealership and he recommended us to Norman. I called Norm when I was on my way. He was there waiting for us, no waits no holds waiting. Great Experience. I had the privilege of working with Troy. He is a very nice guy and was very helpful in getting me into my new Acura RDX. I enjoyed the way there was no pressure at all. The manager also was very helpful in getting me the deal that worked for me. Andrew the "money man", was very helpful in getting the financing all set. Leasing a car the easy way Dealing with Ron & Dan made the buying experience easy for a change. No back & forth with salesman & managers. Just a great price right off the bat. Even the paper work seemed to be faster.
Best all around Excellent in all respects — salesmanship, price, intelligence, honesty. Came in to see if I wanted/could afford an Acura lease. Shopped around (Acura and other brands), then came right back. Drove out with more car than I expected, at a price I knew I could afford. Right color, right features, right price. Small dealership, but that's all for the better in terms of personalized attention. Ask for Liam.
Had an excellent experience at Delray Acura. My experience at Delray was really great. My salesperson was Liam McGrady and I was able to lease a new Acura in the color I wanted at I price I felt was reasonable. Liam spent a good deal of time with me explaining how to use the new technology in the car. He also told me to feel free to call with any questions I had which made me feel really comfortable. I was also introduced to the Service Manager and the Finance Manager. Overall I was more than pleased with Delray Acura.
Great Internet Salesman (Ron H.)! Overall, I felt like I got the right deal at Delray Acura after shopping around at various dealers. The salesman, Ron Hirsch, was very personable, not like a typical car salesman at all - no tricks, no high pressure sales tactics, just helps you to get into the car you want at a reasonable price.
