Dealing with the Lease Retention Department individual "Lucy" was a very good experience. She was knowledgeable and moved the deal along to its conclusion. This dealership also handled the transfer of my auto insurance from the trade-in vehicle to the new vehicle, which was a pleasant surprise and only took about 10 minutes. The finance manager "Jeff" was a good negotiator and we were able to come to a mutually acceptable final lease price.
