I had an issue with my old car and was able to get an appointment so quickly. My service advisor, Kathleen Willis, is excellent. She analyzes problems so accurately and the results of the testing by the technicians support her hypotheses and conclusions. She explains the issues so clearly and puts me at ease especially when I'm panicking about what's wrong with my car. I appreciate her so much.
The sales team is very nice and the purchase process is very good and fast.
