Great Sales Representative! Cristhian Jimenez was a great Sales Representative. I went to several dealerships and worked with several other sales representatives, but none were as patient and understanding like Cristhian. Not only was he kind, but he was very professional and worked to the best of his ability to make everything go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend working with him.
Above and Beyond to provide PAINLESS experience! We went to lease our newly licensed daughter a 2017 Honda Accord. Our salesperson was Cristhian Jimenez and Cristhian had a most wonderful temperament. Better than I thought Was dreading going to a car dealer but I had a very pleasant experience. Mario was knowledgeable and gracious and attentive. Jose was also accommodating. Gary the finance person was terrific too.
Service took the time I had been told. I had been told that service (including wash and vacuum) would take 1 - 1.5 hours. that was exactly right. My service contact, Michael Young, came and found me, and I was off to home.
