Carlos is the best sales person! I return to Delray Honda because of the wonderful service that we get from the salesman Carlos Orejuela. He is the best! He works really hard to make sure we have a great experience.

Great Purchasing Experience My salesperson, Franky Lena, did an excellent job. He got us in the car we wanted, the color we wanted, and at the price we wanted to pay. The whole experience took a lot less time than I expected.
Everything was so easy! It was very easy dealing with Zack Coker and others at the dealership. Zack was very good at explaining all the features of the Honda CR-V Touring that we ended up buying the color car we wanted it two days later.

Positive Experience As a return customer, I find the staff and sales people friendly, professional, and efficient. There is no long waiting to finish paperwork; the car is beautifully detailed and ready to drive off the lot. The new facility is very nice, and it is spacious. The sales people feel more like family than sales people.
A pleasant purchase My Salesperson, Jimmy Monaco, was excellent. From the moment I met him till we concluded the transaction to purchase a new Honda Accord, He had that great combination of how to be personal and the same time very professional. Likewise, Joe Santiago exemplifies a very knowledgeable and personable Financial representative (I see that he is listed below under Service.)who guided me to the final financial agreement to my satisfaction.
