Almost perfect I dealt with Travis Collin. Travis was right to the point. He was a pleasure to deal with. Everything that was promised was delivered. The finance department was the reason I could not give an excellent rating. The product that I was told I was buying was not the product that was on the contract when I finally received it. Excellent Carlos was beyond fabulous..... an absolute joy to work with... Carlos made me, my parents and most importantly my 10 year old daughter feel comfortable and relaxed... I haven't gotten a new car in 12+ years. So buying a new car with all the new technology was very stressful..... Carlos made it effortless and even fun and took the time to go over every detail with me... sometimes twice! And with grace and again most importantly patience and humor! I can't thank him enough!! Buying an automobile I am 87 years old and have purchased cars since I was 18. Buying cars was never pleasant until I came to Delray Honda. The sales person was friendly and was anxious to please me. He was not pushy and gave me all the information I asked for. The Sales Manager stopped by my house on his way home to see if the Honda Accord would fit in my crowded Garage. After i bought the car Management called me the next morning to find out if all was well.

Excellent Service The work on my Honda Accord was performed while I waited. My service advisor, Michael Young, was friendly, personable and a pleasure to work with. He explained all the work that was done and answered all my questions. The new facility is customer friendly and very nice.
