Exceeded expectations The service departments' employee (Kathleen) performance and the new service waiting area far exceeded any past service I have received at any dealership. Additionally, Sam from the finance department quickly resolved an issue.
Excellent staff The staff is really good, professional and friendly at the same time. I bought a 2016 Civic from Besy Sosa, who made me very comfortable in taking the best decisions and oriented me extremely well. If you want to be treated like a family member when you buy, lease or service a car run to Delray Honda. The dealership is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with when you go through the process. The service is the best that I've ever experienced.
New Car Easy to work with everyone at the dealership. My only complaint is that it took three hours when the price had been worked out before I arrived.
Pleasant and Satisfactory The Salesman and the Finance Rep were easy to work with and informative and made the stressful situation bearable. Contacting the Salesperson after the purchase, with questions, was easy.
