Earl Navarra the new car director come out to congratulate my wife and I. "D" Alvarez the Financial Manager was so nice. And Alex the big boss came out to congratulate us as well. There are several questions that have to resolved concerning the outstanding features of the car. A fantastic experience.
Surprising great experience Our sales person, Feguener Gay, was very easy to speak with - he listened to my requests and responded appropriately; he was never forceful, negative or threatening. Good experience This was a great experience and I got a great deal with an amazing finance rate. The only down side was the fact that it took a really long time (4-5 hours) and they really should have free access to food and drinks. I'm not saying catering but something to nibble on would make the experience more enjoyable. Besides that the service was excellent and you leave there with a car, your financing, your tag, your insurance, registration, etc.
