Delta car wash in Batesville Ms is awesome and their employees are too. For example, I went through the car wash this morning and I asked if they had anymore of the like bags of air fresheners and Marcel said yes sir and instead of just handing me one he brought the whole container and said what kind would you like? They are great and they helped us out with everything
…caused damages to my car, made a report of it and promised to pay for the damages. I haven’t heard anything from them since, not even a single phone call. It’s been 2 months, and I’ve been up there multiple times, and I keep getting the same story. I asked the manager for a corporate number and was told there isn’t a number. I will never do business here again!
The assistant manager was exceptional. He went beyond to make our truck wash excellent. He told us the truck hitch would interfere with rear washing and recommend we temove it. He then removed it for us. Overall we had a great experience. Highly recommend this wash.
