I went in with my father, credit was ran. Apparently nothing was available to me. So they offer me a 2012 Jeep Cherokee. Being that I had no transportation, and have to get to appointments, I test drove it. The ac was a little off and brought it to the salesperson attention. Was told it would be taken care of. After two weeks the transmission went out. I called and was told it was my total responsibility. I hate making an appointment for my vehicle to be repaired. The appointment was for Wednesday of this week ( vehicle was dropped off on Tuesday) and they wait until Friday and it still wasn’t repaired. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership nor will I have any repairs done there. And this is not the first time this has happened.
