We had an amazing visit with Delta Smiles. The customer service and patient care from Eddy, RDA and Doctor Sexton were so outstanding! They explained the step-by-step the process on how my daughter’s braces are applied and payed attention to what our concerns were. They were really accommodating and responsive to all of our questions. “The place was fantastic.” Overall, this was an incredible experience, and their expertise and professionalism was exactly what we were looking for!
We love Eddy, the dental assistant! He's super friendly and gentle. He's knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions being new to the orthodontic world! My son thinks he's "cool" and they bond over sports :) You have to ask for Eddy at your next visit!
This place is great i really enjoy going my appointments because the service is amazing. Elizabeth and Dr Brent put my braces on.Dr Brent did an amazing job at explaining the process and making sure i felt comfortable with what was going to be done to me. Elizabeth put my braces on and she did amazing, she was super gentle and patient when putting them on i look forward to attending my future appointments and visiting the workers.
No problems at all when I was getting braces. Smooth experience. Special shout out to Eddy!
