Purchased a used car from this dealership back in the Fall, it took me over an hour to clean it when I got home (inside and outside). Went in for a routine oil change in April and received 3 holes in the interior roof liner after I left. They refuse to accept responsibility, the owner will NOT answer calls, I have left at least 20 messages, an email and a letter in the mail and I have heard nothing back! I’ve had my car maintenance done here consistently well for the past 3 years, but it only takes a day to ruin my trust and patience with Oakes Toyota Greenville. My car’s left turn signal has been intermittently dying on me and it’s pretty dangerous at night. So I was adamant to have it fixed within the day. Their horrible customer service and refusing to stand behind what they sell makes them THE WORST car dealership in Mississippi. I wouldn't buy a stick of gum from them, and I tell anyone that mentions buying something from them to look elsewhere.

My wife and I made an appointment for a long overdue oil change. We also had some lights on concerning our brakes and the back hatch door would not open. After waiting over 4 hours. We were presented with a $260. bill for just an oil change. They told use we needed over $800. for the hatch to be fixed, and over $1100 for the brakes. We arrived home and my wife found on the Internet about a button in the car to press to reset the hatch door. She pressed it, and bingo, the hatch door now opens properly. I will never buy another vehicle from Oakes Toyota- neither would I deal with Steve teracina again. Everything about the used vehicle I bought was a lie. It's bad enough to lie but when an older woman asks him if the vehicle is safe enough for her- and he says yes---- run very fast in the other direction

I plan to take my business elsewhere whenever possible. Takes too long for oil change and then they move certain people ahead. I have been here since 7:30 am for a freaking oil change. Two people were moved ahead of me. Pissed!
