From selling to buying I was very on edge about the entire process, especially smack dead in the middle of the school year. However, everyone worked very well together to make the transition so much easier. Everything for the most part was electronic to make it so much easier to keep up with things. The whole team was knowledgeable and never left my husband and I with doubts when it came to a question or concern. Thank you all very much we are so grateful for our experience.

Yes, we enjoyed worker with Demetri and the team especially when it came down to the wire of closing our contract. It was very intense at times but with Demetri help we were able to come to an agreement in closing. Demetri and his team were amazing to work with. They took a process that is usually stressful and helped us navigate it without any issues. Our loan processor checked in with us frequently and Demetri called us a couple times when we started stressing about the increase in interest rates. I would highly recommend his team to anyone applying for a mortgage.
