When I started my process in being a first time home buyer the individual I was assigned to did not have my best interest in mind. The end result was me missing out in a home I was very interested in. I shared my concerns with Demetri and he helped me get in the best position for the best results. He explained things to me that the first individual did not to help me understand the process. I am definitely appreciative of the genuine concern and willingness to help me get what I wanted.

As a first time home buyer Demetri made this experience easy as possible. Every document that went my way he explained to me what is was, so I knew what I was signing. He gave me his cell number and whenever I had a question he always answered. If i had to go threw this again I would choose Demetri everytime. I highly recommend him to anybody home searching.

Demetri and his co-workers worked around the clock, sometimes until 1 AM to ensure my loan was processed on time ! Even in the uncertain times of Covid , they were able to meet the closing timeframe and offer and interest rate that their competitors could not offer! Would definitely recommend to others.
