She starts the process not just by working with the buyer on prequalification, but helps on the front end by reaching out to listing agents to ensure the sellers know the strength of the offer based on the buyer's assuredness in obtaining the mortgage. Very few lenders provide this right off the bat, and in this strong seller's market. getting the contract is the hardest part. Her help is invaluable in making offers stronger!
