Denise was great to work with; I wish she warned us that she would not be the person to assist us through the final closing process. Communications from the person who took over often lacked clarity and detail, to the point that I, driven by stress, repeatedly pressed him for info. In a few instances, if I had not requested clarification, we would not have had what we needed to close on time, including our complete/correct down payment amount! No such thing as too much detail and clarity here.
