From the start Dennis was very straightforward and well versed in the state of the market. He was very respectful and helpful throughout the process, which was especially important as this was my first experience buying a home. I liked working with him, his explanations of the different stages of the process/paperwork we’re very clear and he got back to me promptly.
Dennis was right there with us every step of the way. He was Always available when we had questions and made the process of buying a home easy. Buying a home can be extremely stressful but dennis was so clear and patient and positive about the whole process, we didn't stress. Extremly knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend him.
What a great experience. I only had to provide documents one time, unlike all my other buying experiences. I rarely heard from Dennis which was nice...he took care of everything. I wouldn’t use anyone different
