I would give Dennis Jewelry 0 stars if allowed. Called them today (12-21-20, at 10:40am) regarding repairing a nick on the band of my engagement ring. The man answering the phone was incredibly condescending, rude, and seemed like I was a bother to even be calling. Very disappointed in Dennis Jewelry. After 15 years of being a customer and tens of thousands of dollars of business, we are done with Dennis. I left my wife's wedding ring with them for weeks to get an estimate on adding another band, along with an antique watch that needed repairs and cleaning. They kept the ring for weeks and still never gave us an estimate. We ended up asking both to be sent back after they were shut down for weeks because of Covid 19.
