RecommendedDrove from Billings to look at a car that they reportedly had NO accidents. The passenger door that caught on the front quarter told otherwise. I had a problem with my CRV, I leased it, and when I was at work a mouse ate the wires, which has been a ongoing problem with Honda, So I had to get a tow truck to get it to Honda to be fixed, the the bill came and I asked them if the would at least pick up half the bill and I would pay half, Honda’s been in trouble for the wires being treated with soy,so rodents love to get up there and chew on them, so I asked our salesman if they could pay half, he said let me ask and see, and if Honda won’t then I will write you a check ... read more
Used to be my go-to until they were going to have me do my 100K maintenance again, which they did a few years and only 25K miles ago. Also were going to charge me the V8 price instead of 4 cylinder for tune-up, spark plugs, valve adjustment. Would have been $2500 for what should have been $500 in work until I called them out.
Our vehicle had a recall, they gave us a rental. Told us we did not have to use our credit card at the rental place and we could have dogs in our vehicle. Lies! The car rental place took money as a deposit from us and only accepted credit card and no dogs!!! I do NOT trust the Honda dealership in Bozeman.
